6 cups cauliflower cut into florets
3 tbs PHILADELPHIA 1/3 Less Fat than Cream Cheese
1/2 tsp dill
3 tbs KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
Directions
1. Cook cauliflower in boiling water in saucepan 10 min. or until tender; drain. Place in food processor.
2. Add reduced-fat cream cheese and dill; process until smooth.
3. Serve topped with Parmesan.
